AI Training in Dublin for Business Teams That Need to Get It Working
Practical training for owners, operations leaders, and teams across Ireland who want to use AI properly rather than experiment with it indefinitely. Delivered in person in Dublin, on-site at your office, or online.

The problem
Most AI Training in Dublin Teaches Tools, Not Adoption
The market is full of AI training that goes wide and shallow. A two-hour overview of what ChatGPT can do, a list of “100 prompts for productivity”, a certificate, and a vague sense that something is meant to happen next.
Three months later, almost nothing has changed. One or two enthusiastic people on the team are using AI for personal tasks. The rest have quietly gone back to how they worked before. The business has spent money on training and has no measurable change in output to show for it.
This pattern is not unusual. It happens because most training treats AI as a topic to be understood rather than a capability to be deployed. The training that actually moves a business forward starts with the work the business already does, identifies where AI can remove friction, and builds the habits and systems that keep it in use after the trainer has left.
How it’s delivered
Three Ways to Train Your Team
Training is delivered in three formats. The right one depends on your team size, location, and how embedded you need the training to be.
Format 1
In-Person Workshops in Dublin
Open workshops held at the GenAI Skills Academy base in Dublin 2, for individual professionals or small teams up to 12 attendees. Sessions run 60 to 120 minutes and focus on specific skills such as Claude for business, document drafting, workflow automation, and AI for research. You leave with the skill applied to a worked example and a recording to refer back to.
Best For
Solo practitioners, small teams sending one or two people, or businesses testing whether wider training makes sense.
Format 2
On-Site Corporate Training
Bespoke training delivered at your office across Greater Dublin, all of Ireland, and Northern Ireland. Sessions are designed around your actual workflows after a discovery call. Group sizes range from small leadership teams to whole departments. Most engagements run as a half-day or full-day session, with a follow-up review two to four weeks later.
Best For
SMEs and mid-sized organisations who want their team trained together, with content built around their specific operations and tools.
Format 3
Public Cohort Sessions
Multi-week online cohorts running at scheduled intervals, for professionals who want a structured progression rather than a single workshop. Cohorts cover a defined curriculum, include weekly live sessions and assignments, and give you access to the GenAI Skills Academy community for ongoing questions.
Best For
Professionals who want depth and structure, business owners building knowledge before deploying AI, or anyone outside Dublin who wants live training without travel.

What Your Team Will Learn
Sessions are built around your real work, not generic case studies. Specific content depends on your team and goals, although every engagement covers these foundations.
- How to use Claude for the work your team already does, including where it fits across writing, analysis, client communication, and internal operations.
- How to write prompts that produce business-grade output rather than novelty answers, including the structure that separates a working prompt from a wasted one.
- How to use Claude for research, document drafting, data analysis, and meeting preparation in ways that hold up under scrutiny from clients and stakeholders.
- How to build small automations that remove repetitive admin from the working day, including email triage, report generation, and structured data extraction.
- Where the limits sit, what cannot be trusted to AI, and what compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality questions you should be asking before you scale anything.
By the end of the engagement, your team should be able to point to specific tasks they now do faster, more accurately, or with less drag, and you should have a clear view of where to invest next.

Larry’s Position
“I choose Claude by Anthropic.”
Why Claude, Not ChatGPT or Copilot
This Training Focuses on Claude
Training is built around Claude by Anthropic, not ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. There are two reasons for that, and they matter if you are choosing a tool to invest in as a business.
The first is practical. In my experience working with Claude across real client engagements, it has been more accurate over the long term and appears to be more capable in the areas that matter for business, including reasoning over long documents, producing output that holds up under review, and integrating with the other systems a business already runs. For the work professional teams actually do, Claude tends to be the more reliable choice.
The second is values-based. Anthropic’s approach to building and operating AI aligns more closely with how I believe this technology should be deployed in businesses, particularly around safety, transparency, and the trade-offs between capability and responsibility. I would rather teach a tool I trust than one I do not.
The principles you learn transfer. Once your team understands how to work with Claude properly, moving to another tool later is straightforward. The opposite is rarely true.
Why this training
Why Dublin Businesses Choose This Training
This training has been running since 2023, with over 1,000 people trained across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, education, construction, retail, hospitality, and professional services. A few things separate it from the standard AI workshop circuit.
Built on Real Deployment Work
The frameworks and practices taught come from real client work in legal, property, education, and professional services across Ireland, not from textbook theory or vendor marketing. When something works, it has been tested. When something does not, you will be told.
Practical, Not Theoretical
Most of the time is spent building, not listening. Attendees use their own laptops, work on their own examples, and leave with output they can use rather than slides they will not revisit.
Current Content
AI tools change every few weeks, and training material is updated continuously to reflect what is actually working in mid-2026. You will not be taught a workflow that was relevant 18 months ago and has since been superseded.
Follow-Up Included
Most one-off training fails because there is no support after the session. Every engagement includes a follow-up review and access to the community for questions, which is usually where the real adoption happens.

What Clients Are Saying
I’ve worked with hundreds of business leaders and their teams across manufacturing, retail, construction, pharmaceuticals, education, hospitality, and professional services. Here’s a sample of what they have had to say.
“I manage 16 concurrent projects across infrastructure, compliance, and system integrations, largely on my own. I was already using AI tools, but without structure. The knowledge never carried over and the effort stayed fragmented.
Larry's programme changed that. What stands out most is his ability to understand your actual workflows. If you're buried in operational tasks and struggling to find time for strategic thinking, talk to Larry.”
Sabino Moreira
DX Lead, Pinto Lopes Viagens
“We took our first steps with the AI Business OS and the potential for a busy QS practice is immediately obvious. We are starting small and building from there.”
Eoin Casey
Brendan Merry & Partners
“The breadth of Larry's knowledge, along with his compassion for and interest in people is quite remarkable. He brings a high level of professionalism and intellectual robustness to everything he puts his attention to. He has worked with us on a number of development programmes in DCU, which were very well received. I highly recommend him.”

Questions answered
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does AI training in Dublin cost?+
Pricing depends on format, group size, and depth. Individual workshop tickets typically start in the low hundreds of euros. On-site corporate training is quoted per engagement and depends on team size, content scope, and location. Cohort programmes are priced per seat. Book a free discovery call and you will get a clear quote before any commitment.
How many people can attend a corporate training session?+
On-site sessions work well for groups of 4 to 30. Larger groups can be accommodated, although for groups over 25 we usually recommend splitting into two sessions to keep the training practical rather than presentational. Smaller groups (4 to 12) get the most hands-on attention.
Do you offer remote or virtual training?+
Yes. Most on-site formats can be delivered live over Zoom or Teams for distributed teams, including teams in Northern Ireland, the UK, and beyond. Public cohorts run online by default. In-person workshops in Dublin are also recorded for attendees who cannot make the live session.
Is there a certificate of completion?+
Attendees receive a certificate of attendance for workshops and cohorts. For corporate training, certificates can be issued for each team member if needed for internal CPD records. The certificates state hours completed and topics covered.
Which AI tools do you cover?+
Primarily Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), and Microsoft Copilot, because these are the tools most Irish businesses are using or considering. Specific sessions can also cover Perplexity, Gemini, Notebook LM, or specialist tools depending on your needs. The training is tool-aware rather than tool-locked, so you learn principles that transfer when the tools change.
Can the training be delivered in Irish or another language?+
Sessions are delivered in English. Materials and recordings can be subtitled in other languages on request.
What happens after the training is complete?+
Every engagement includes a follow-up review two to four weeks after the main session, where we look at how the team has applied the training, what is working, and where the next steps should be. You also get access to the GenAI Skills Academy community for ongoing questions. Many clients book quarterly check-ins to keep the training current as the tools change.
Who attends these training sessions?+
A mix of business owners, operations leaders, HR and L&D managers, professional services teams (legal, accounting, consulting, design), public sector teams, and individual professionals upskilling for their current role. The training is suitable for non-technical attendees. No coding background is required.
How quickly can you deliver training for my team?+
For on-site corporate training, lead time is usually two to four weeks from the discovery call to the session, depending on scoping needs. Public workshops run on a published schedule. Cohorts open at set intervals. If your need is urgent, mention it on the discovery call and we will work out what is possible.
Where are you based?+
GenAI Skills Academy is based at 13 Fade Street, Dublin 2. On-site training is delivered across Greater Dublin, all of Ireland, and Northern Ireland. Phone +353 83 801 0707.
