Two capabilities, one practice
Deploying AI successfully is not merely a question of technology, infrastructure, software, and engineering. It is about understanding people and how they adapt to change, navigate ambiguity, take measured risk, and build resilience. It is about developing the individual and collective capacity to experiment and explore — building AI fluency over time — knowing that every effort will not lead to a successful outcome. Answering the technology question is important, but answering the people question is critical. We have built a small team with the expertise and experience to answer both.
